Wheel Clampers

While the actions of the clampers may seem a little harsh considering the conditions, one of the comments did amuse me somewhat:

So what he wants to do is, take a vehcile that's causing an obstruction and clamp it so that when the owner does get back, they can't move it, causing an extended obstruction over what doing nothing would have done.  If it's an obstruction, you tow it you damn fool!
